Warranties
and after-sales service
For
all goods that are for sale in Darbis web-store exists 24 months long
manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated in the item
description or warranty). The
manufacturer's warranties are only valid if goods are collected and
maintained following the instructions. Upon
receipt of the item, before signing the receipt documents items
should be inspected by the client. During
the after-sales service, failures that appeared due to the
manufacturer's fault are going to be fixed in the following terms:
14-21 days since the claim filling day or 45 days if the necessary
part to complete after-sale service has to be deliverd from abroad.
In all cases, after-sale service is sought to be provided in the
shortest term possible. The quality assurances provided by the
seller are not provided and may not be used for consumer protection
purposes or may be inappropriate.
Return
of defective goods
If you notice that the item you ordered has
poor quality, you have the right not to accept it. In
this case, a poor quality item can be exchanged in a good quality
item or can be refunded.
During
the warranty period, if you notice any hidden failures we ask you to
take a picture and send us via e-mail address info@darbis.lt. The
manufacturer of the item, in this case, determines whether the defect
in the item fits the warranty requirements i.e. whether the damage is
due to a manufacturers fault. We
will contact you on the manufacturer's decision via your provided
contacts. In cases when item return cause is poor quality, we are
committed to exchange poor quality item at our expense or refund. The
poor quality goods are exchanged and returned by following Government
Resolution No. 697 approved Retail Regulations.
Return
of quality goods
RYou can return the goods ordered in our online store within 14 days from the day of delivery. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products and goods.
Specially prepared and non-standard products. Some products from our product range are marked as specially prepared and non-standard products and cannot be returned. These products are marked with the relevant information on the product page in our online store. You can find this reference in the More about the product section. A note about this provision will also be added to your order confirmation.
Made-to-order or assembled products that are not in the standard assortment of SIA Darba Mebeles. Including products adjusted, adapted or manufactured according to the instructions of the customer, by making color, material, size, components, additional equipment or other changes. An order in which the amount of one item (model) ordered exceeds 50 pieces, if the customer has not placed a sample order for the specific item (model) before placing the order. An order in which the amount of the order without VAT exceeds EUR 1000.00, if the customer has not ordered a sample of the specific product (model) before placing the order.
Technical
conditions for the return of goods
The returned item must be
properly packaged (this item does not apply to return a defected
item). The
item must be undamaged by the client. The item must not have lost
its marketable appearance (this item does not apply in case of return
of a defected item). The returned item must be in the same set as
the client received. If you want to return the item by following
the requirements above (except after-sale service), you have to
